Day 01 - Delhi & Leh
Arrive Delhi and fly to Leh
Day 02 - Leh
Today visit Spituk, Phyang, Tibetan children village and Stok Palace.
Day 03 - Leh
Today visit Shey, Thiksey and Hemis
Day 04 - Leh
Today visit Sikh Temple and confluence of Zanghksar and Indus river.
Day 05 - Dha Hanu
Drive to Dha Hanu (135 kms/05 hrs)
Day 06 - Dha Hanu
Explore Dha Hanu. Explore the ARYAN VALLEY: Dha & Beima villages which are among the two important Drokpa Tribes and which are among the few opened for tourists.
Day 07 - Lamayuru
Drive to Lamayuru (130 kms/05 hrs). Lamayuru Gompa: The oldest holy site in Ladakh, it was a bon shrine prior to the advent of Buddhism. Also known as Yung Drung (Swastika) it is sited on a high promontory overlooking the village and valley. For sheer spectacle value no other Gompa can match Lamayuru.
Day 08 - alchi
Drive to Alchi (57 kms/02 hrs). Alchi Gompa : 70 Kms from Leh, on the banks of the Indus, is the Alchi Gompa dating a thousand years back. One of its walls features thousands of miniature sized pictures of the Buddha. Three large sized images made of clay and painted brightly are its focal attractions. No longer an active religious center, it is looked after by monks from the Liker monastery. This is the only monastery amongst 34 monasteries, which is not located on a hilltop.
Day 09 - Leh
Dive to Leh (60 kms/02 hrs)
Day 10 - Depart
Depart Leh and fly Delhi. On Delhi arrival departure transfer to airport.
